Refund Policy

Hitting Journals (Baseball and Softball), Own Your 1440, and Living on the Love Line are digital files delivered to you the moment your payment is complete.

Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has reached you, these purchases are final after the file has been delivered.

That does not leave you on your own. If the file never arrived, will not open, is damaged, or is not the product you ordered, email coachpeetie@gmail.com and I will make it right — usually by re-sending or replacing the file so you have exactly what you paid for.

Every swing analysis is reviewed personally, and the follow-up call is scheduled with you, so a refund is available while that work has not yet begun.

You will receive a full refund if either of these is true:

• Your swing video has not yet been reviewed.
• Your video call has not yet taken place.

Once your video has been reviewed, or your call has happened, the analysis has been delivered and is no longer refundable.

If you are not sure where your order stands, email coachpeetie@gmail.com and I will check for you before anything else happens.

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the payment method used at checkout.

To request a refund, email coachpeetie@gmail.com with the name on the order and a short note about what happened. I will let you know where things stand and what the next step is.

If something is unclear before you buy, I would rather you ask me first. Email coachpeetie@gmail.com and I will tell you honestly whether a product or service is the right fit for you.
